platform for businesses to learn and hold an honest dialogue about systemic racism in
the corporate sector; examine and improve upon their internal policies and practices
that affect racial economic disparities; and help shape public policies toward a race conscious, equitable approach to growing metropolitan Atlanta’s economy.

Nathaniel Smith serves as the Founder and Chief Equity Officer at Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE). Nathaniel is a child of the Civil Rights Movement and an Atlanta native. Smith holds a Bachelors of Arts in Urban Studies from Morehouse College and a Master of Science from the New School.
